About us
Endo Natura is built by women with endometriosis, for women with endometriosis.
We’re not doctors, naturopathic practitioners, or clinicians. We’re citizen researchers with a deep, personal interest in uncovering both conventional and complementary treatments rooted in nature. Our goal is to make the science accessible—without hype, judgment, or false hope.
We believe that healing goes beyond suppressing symptoms. It’s about strengthening the whole body and mind, not just targeting isolated lesions. Endometriosis is complex, and so are we.
We created this site to help you feel more informed and better supported on your journey.

Our philosophy
We believe that science and nature are not at odds, they’re partners in understanding our bodies more deeply.
We are science-based in everything we publish and fully recognize the value of pharmaceutical medicine, especially for managing complex conditions like endometriosis. At the same time, we see enormous promise in natural medicine when it’s approached with care, respect, and evidence.
Our goal is to shine a light on the growing body of research around endometriosis, including studies on herbs, nutrition, gut health, hormone balance, and lifestyle interventions. We want to bridge the gap that too often separates clinical science from the wisdom of nature. There’s so much incredible work being done in both fields, and women deserve access to all of it.

How we generate income
We are a small women-run website and we sustain our operations through affiliate links, meaning that some links may include an affiliate code that allows us to receive a small percentage of sales at no additional cost to you.
That being said, we exercise caution to avoid promoting consumerism as a coping mechanism. You won’t find us encouraging mindless shopping or promising miracle cures. Our goal is to help you make conscious, informed choices about your body, your health, and your life.
